We are seeking skilled concrete professionals to join our team at TJM Industries Inc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete supervision, flatwork, and walls construction, as well as concrete polishing and staining.
Responsibilities will include leading crews of workers, ensuring labor productivity and concrete usage, and meeting project deadlines.
Competitive pay and bonuses are offered, along with the opportunity to work with a variety of clients in the Franklin County, PA, Adams County, PA, Cumberland County, PA, and Washington County, MD areas.
Additional responsibilities may include sales and marketing of concrete polishing, staining, and stamping services.
Applicants should have strong leadership skills, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for the concrete industry.
