Job Description

Job Overview

Lebu Express LLC is a last mile delivery service provider seeking enthusiastic and team-oriented Independent Contractor's drivers to deliver customer packages. As a delivery driver, you will strive to get every order to the customer's door on-time, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle, using a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery details.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered, handling up to 50 pounds with ease.
  • Perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and stooping, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be physically able to handle fast-paced walking, lifting, bending, and stooping.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and be comfortable squatting, kneeling, and turning frequently.
  • Ability to work extra hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if requested.
  • Previous experience operating box trucks, freight trucks, or any other kind of delivery vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and ability to follow directions precisely.

Work Environment

As a delivery driver for Lebu Express LLC, you will work in a fast-paced environment, navigating various routes and delivering packages to customers in a timely manner. You will be required to work independently, using your own vehicle and equipment to complete tasks.

Compensation

As an Independent Contractor, you will be paid on a weekly basis, with rates varying depending on the number of packages delivered. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional income through our referral program.
