Freight Flow Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall logistics processes within the store that align with company objectives and productivity targets.
- Leverage all available tools and training resources to ensure the team adheres to logistics procedures, visual standards, and stocking routines.
- Manage the visual publication timeline and delivery schedule to plan and execute all logistics tasks; collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Operations or Assistant Store Manager to coordinate workload.
- Maintain and organize stockroom standards that enhance efficiency and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including: Exceptional customer service skills, a strong sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, innovative problem-solving, sound decision-making aligned with strategic goals, effective delegation, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks efficiently.
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a dynamic specialty retail environment is preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
