Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in a school district in Washington. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent communication and support
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to ensure evidence-based practice

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
  • SLP licensure
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
