Job Overview
The Regional Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service by fostering strong relationships with both internal and external clients through effective communication. This position may require travel across various regional locations as necessary.
Key Responsibilities

- Delivers exceptional service to clients utilizing available training programs and performance measurement tools.
- Demonstrates proficiency in teller operations, including cash handling and balancing of teller drawers.
- Utilizes various software applications to perform daily tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of Alpine Bank's consumer and business products and services.
- Completes training for New Accounts and manages the opening and maintenance of consumer and commercial bank accounts.
- Exhibits proficiency in operational functions such as wire transfers, endorsements, basic bookkeeping, ATM settlement, vault balancing, cash ordering, and safe deposit box management.
- Maintains exceptional organizational skills and keeps detailed records and notes for documentation purposes.
- Generates correspondence to gather additional information to resolve client inquiries.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Employees are accountable for all responsibilities associated with this position.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented approach.
- Basic mathematical skills and cash handling experience.

- Understanding of banking compliance regulations.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.
Education and Experience:
No specific educational requirements; however, possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Driver's License is mandatory.
Some experience in customer service is preferred, though this is an entry-level position requiring minimal banking experience. Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience is advantageous.
Working Conditions
Work Environment:
This role operates within a professional office setting, routinely utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The position may involve prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
The following physical activities are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
