Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate materials, supplies, and equipment required to perform work assignments.
  • Determine the means and methods to be used in accomplishing assigned tasks and secure appropriate materials, supplies, and equipment from stock and with approval from suppliers.
  • Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, and calibrate all types of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, including pumps, boilers, burners, temperature controls, thermostats, air conditioning and ventilating units, condensers, fans, evaporators, controls, related electrical apparatus, and smoke and fire detecting and damping systems.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Maryland Class C driver's license.
  • Four years of HVAC Apprenticeship experience or 10 years of relevant work experience required.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with on-call work required. The starting pay is $35.38 per hour.
