Position Overview:

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the direction and coordination of field labor, subcontractors, and the placement/use of equipment and construction materials.

The Superintendent is accountable for the efficient and effective day-to-day construction of the project, following the overall construction methodology and means developed by the Project Manager and Superintendent.

The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring safety on the project.

The Superintendent must maintain effective working relationships with tradespeople, subcontractors, suppliers, and client employees who may be on the site.
