About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at the York Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide evidence-based services to support client recovery and facilitate safe, therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs
  • Provide clinical supervision to trainees and interns
Requirements
  • Master's degree or Doctorate in a behavioral science
  • Current clinical license as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT) with no restrictions
  • OR proof of current clinical licensure within 60 days of employment
