Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care based on patient needs
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery
  • Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency to facilitate patient care
  • Provide a safe patient care environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State
  • Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience specific to Emergency Services or 3-5 years of other acute care experience preferred
  • BLS required
  • ACLS within 6 months of hire
  • PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire
  • Certification in Emergency Nursing Preferred
