Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in CRM systems and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry, products, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and customer prints.
  • Experience with SAP and other industry-specific software.
