Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Enforce strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), quality, and safety procedures.
  • Train and develop employees to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with supervisors and employees to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Motivate team members to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Manage the production process using WMS software and Qcloud to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and meet safety standards.
  • Load cases or cartons onto pallets in a specific order per item specification.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in WMS software and Qcloud.
