About the Role:

Willcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Catskill, NY area. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine level of function.
  • Consult with physicians to develop therapy plans of care.

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
