Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing team.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with visitors, family members, and staff.
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
