Role Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented professional to fill the role of Flooring Sales and Project Management Specialist. This position entails overseeing all facets of flooring sales, managing projects from inception to completion, and guaranteeing outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Client Relations:
    • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
    • Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other essential stakeholders.
    • Offer expert guidance on flooring selections, ensuring clients are well-informed in their choices.
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Oversee and manage all stages of flooring projects, from initial consultation through to final installation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
    • Conduct site assessments to evaluate project needs and address any arising challenges.
  3. Estimation and Quotation:
    • Prepare precise and competitive project estimates based on client requirements.
    • Create detailed quotes that account for material costs, labor, and other pertinent factors.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Guide, inspire, and mentor a team of sales and installation professionals.
    • Encourage a positive and collaborative work atmosphere to boost team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in flooring sales and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of various flooring materials, installation methods, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership experience in managing sales and project teams is advantageous.
