  • This role is ideal for nurses with experience in clinical trials, oncology, or peer review.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate patient care according to protocol requirements, collaborating closely with Principal Investigators and healthcare professionals.
  2. Screen potential study participants, obtain informed consent, and enroll them in research studies.
  3. Administer treatments, collect biological samples, and monitor participants throughout the study.
  4. Maintain accurate documentation, including case report forms, medication logs, and adverse event reports.
  5. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations, preparing for audits and inspections.
Compensation Package:

A competitive salary of $$112,500 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including healthcare coverage, 401K, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • Two or more years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinical research setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for effective information exchange with participants, research staff, and stakeholders.
