Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Representative to join our team at Ace Hardware Home Services. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries, and promoting our services to homeowners in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the management team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Work with customers to schedule service appointments and provide information on seasonal maintenance requirements
  • Update customer information in our database and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or field service logistics experience
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and database management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
