Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the caregiving industry.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage schedules for caregivers to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operations Management: Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to optimize operations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to caregivers.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in private duty homecare.
- Skills: Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems; excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
