Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and processing orders through our internal systems.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborating with various departments to provide accurate product information and pricing.
- Creating monthly order guides and expediting orders as necessary.
- Contributing to a team-oriented environment to achieve business objectives.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proficiency in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential. Familiarity with IBM AS400 or JDE systems is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively, are critical for success in this role.
