Job Summary: Schneider is seeking a skilled Regional Intermodal Truck Driver to join our team. As a Regional Intermodal Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 90% no-touch freight and 70% drop-and-hook opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
  • Drive in and out of railyards within New York.
  • Enjoy mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

Benefits:

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
  • Live within 75 miles of Syracuse, NY.
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
