Position Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Technician for a contract role with one of our esteemed healthcare partners. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting patient care within the electrophysiology lab.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Electrophysiology Technician include:

  • Assisting in patient care within the electrophysiology lab by providing technical support to the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology team.
  • Utilizing imaging technology to aid physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.
  • Executing non-invasive procedures as required.
  • Reviewing patient medical histories and confirming orders for imaging.
  • Assessing image quality and ensuring relevant areas are captured.
  • Communicating findings to physicians effectively.
  • Supporting physicians during various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and legible patient records.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A current license in good standing.
  • Relevant specialty certifications or credentials.
  • A minimum of eighteen months of experience in an electrophysiology lab, preferably in a critical care environment.
