Responsibilities
  • Provide opportunities for residents to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to person-centered plans and behavior plans for each resident.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment, free from harm, while upholding the rights of all residents.
  • Transport residents to appointments, advocate, and obtain necessary documentation as needed.
  • Administer medications to residents as required.
  • Remain awake and immediately accessible in all homes requiring 24/7 care.
Qualifications
