Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and therapeutic procedures to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral and cognitive research through observation, interviewing, and surveying individuals to inform assessment and treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to share research findings and results through the development of professional articles, papers, and reports.
- Provide patients with referral services to external therapists, clinics, and treatment facilities to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Analyze patient behavioral or emotional patterns to help them better understand and anticipate their own conduct.
- Prepare and present psychosocial assessments, conduct mental status exams, and report on clinical findings to inform treatment decisions.
- Must possess exceptional analytical, communication, and observational skills to effectively assess and support clients.
- Hold a current state license to practice psychology in the state where you will be practicing, as certified by the ASPPB (Association of State and Provincial Licensing Boards).
- Pass the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology to demonstrate expertise in the field.
- Have 1-3 years of supervised professional experience in a clinical setting to ensure proficiency in assessment and treatment.
- Hold a master's degree and a Doctorate of Psychology (PhD, EdD, PsyD) to meet the educational requirements for this position.
