As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical quality, integrity, and financial viability of our rehabilitation program. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of therapists and therapy assistants to deliver high-quality clinical services
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our rehabilitation program and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure financial viability of the program

Qualifications:
  • Current licensure in the state of practice (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
  • Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months
