  • Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including waived, moderate, and highly complex tests, using both manual and automated methods.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, adhering to laboratory procedures and quality control policies.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory professionals to ensure seamless testing and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain laboratory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • ASCP certification or equivalent required within 1 year of employment.
  • One year of hospital laboratory work experience preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in chemical, physical, biological science, or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state license, if required.
