Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete essential duties.
  • Lift, bend, and carry up to 80 pounds.
  • Work at heights using ladders.
  • Drive company vehicles and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including replacing air filters and cleaning coils.
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintain and replace damaged ceiling tiles.
  • Deliver products to stores in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless store operations.

Requirements:

  • Two years of general maintenance and repair experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 80 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company software.

Working Conditions:

  • Most work hours will be Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.
  • May be required to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
