Ohana Cannabis Co. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that each guest receives a positive and authentic experience.

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure a positive experience for each guest
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of cannabis products and services a plus
