About the Front Desk Associate Role

At Planet Fitness, we're passionate about creating a welcoming and judgement-free environment for our members. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Perform retail transactions with accuracy, driving sales goals and promoting our Judgement Free Zone.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, facilities, and communal spaces, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications:
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
