Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively as a member of the Operating Room Team, providing essential technical assistance throughout the perioperative process under the guidance of the Registered Nurse.
- Engage in scrubbing and supporting circulating duties as required.
- Organize instruments on the sterile field to ensure readiness for surgical procedures.
- Uphold a sterile and controlled environment to prevent contamination.
- Assist in the pre-operative review of patient charts and checklists to ensure all necessary preparations are completed.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Licensure: Successful completion of the national certification exam is required; candidates must achieve certification within 18 months of hire if registry eligible.
- Certification: BLS certification is mandatory; prior experience in Main OR/Trauma settings is required (minimum of 1 year).
