Job Description:

Pashtek is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Platform Strategist with 8 years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Salesforce platform strategy and guiding the team toward successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to solution design, development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce configuration, development, and integration.
• Oversee data migration, integration with third-party systems, and the maintenance of existing Salesforce environments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for system improvement, innovation, and optimization within the Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products.
• Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and teams from design to delivery.
• Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, customization, and security.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and version control tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with third-party integrations and API management.
