Your success in this role is crucial to us, which is why we will take the time to train and mentor you in window cleaning, power washing, holiday lighting, caulking, and window polarization.

Your Responsibilities as a Window Genie Technician

• Provide multiple services: whether it's window cleaning, power washing, holiday lighting, caulking, or window polarization, you'll be working directly with our clients.

• Create an excellent customer experience: after the job, you'll collect payments, conduct a walk-through, request a review, and make recommendations for additional services.

• Maintain equipment: you'll be responsible for keeping everything clean and in good working order.

• Follow the Window Genie style: we know how to deliver our services to ensure our customers are happy and become regular customers.

• Take the initiative. If you want to slack off, be told what to do, and be on your phone all the time, this isn't the place for you. Instead, we're looking for people who are excited to take on challenges and jump into what needs to be done.
