  • Identify relevant stakeholders for given projects, assign, direct, and evaluate their work.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze industry trends related to transparency reporting to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with cross-functional teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Research and document global Social, Environmental, and Accountability related regulations, standards, and literature.
  • Experience developing and coordinating large-scale projects across multiple partner teams.
  • Fluid verbal and written communicator with attention to detail and interpersonal skills, able to speak to stakeholders across many layers of the business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; or background in management consulting.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience required.
  • PMI certification preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Experience with client's consumer services (Bing, Outlook, Onedrive, Skype, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Policy and regulatory implementation experience, regulatory and compliance experience.
