Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting patient-centered care and empathy.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of hire, with compact licensure a plus.
  • Basic Life Support certification, with additional certifications as required by the department.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, with prolonged standing and walking.
