Job Summary:

The RN/LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for participating in and overseeing patient care, observing and assessing patient conditions, and documenting relevant information in accordance with clinical policies and procedures. You will also ensure the implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in patient care activities within the scope of licensure
  • Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document accordingly
  • Implement care plans as directed and administer medications/treatments as prescribed
  • Supervise CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patients

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
  • Valid LVN/LPN License

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance, as well as vacation, sick, personal holiday, and paid holidays.
