Abrazo Health Network: A Community of Care

As a Charge Nurse RN in our Medical Surgical department, you'll play a vital role in leading our team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate functions and activities related to the Medical Surgical department
  • Act as liaison person to internal and external customers, including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration
  • Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor staff
Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Minimum two years relevant clinical nursing experience
  • Management experience with two years supervisory
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
