Job Details:
Specialty: Respiratory Care Specialist

Employment Type: Travel Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services to patients, particularly in critical care settings.
- Administer therapeutic gases and aerosolized medications.
- Conduct bronchial hygiene procedures and provide both noninvasive and invasive ventilator support.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend shifts required
- On-call duties may be necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
- Required certifications include BLS, PALS, and CRT (RRT preferred).
- Illinois license is mandatory at the time of submission.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with Meditech is essential.
- Background in teaching hospitals and community hospitals is preferred.
- Skills in managing pediatric patients and performing advanced respiratory procedures are necessary.
