Job Summary:
iCST is seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Services Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading all Active Directory related projects and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership for all Active Directory related projects and operational support.
- Domain Services Support: Support teams requiring AD support, including LDAP integration, certificates, group policy administration, domain controller deployment and support, custom schema extensions, ADFS, PKI, and DNS, user logon scripts.
- Office 365 Services Support: Work with other IT support teams to troubleshoot issues related to authentication, provide support for Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
- Infrastructure Support: Provide subject matter expertise for implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions to support the department's effort to integrate with Azure Application Integration and Data/Analytics Solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience: Supporting and deploying complex Active Directory Domain Services.
- Strong Scripting Skills: VB Script and PowerShell.
- Hands-on Experience: AD schema extensions, promoting new domain controllers, designing and building new Active Directory services, troubleshooting replication, firewall configuration requirements for domain/domain client communications, advance group policy administration, and OU design and delegation.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to communicate clearly, and effectively evaluate information to make decisions.
- Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
- Change Orientation: Actively generating process improvements, supporting and driving change, and confronting difficult circumstances in creative ways.
