Landscape Supervisor

Job Summary

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for overseeing the installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects at Leo Landscape LLC. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably 3+ years. The ideal candidate will have a commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record, as well as proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid-steer machinery.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities on the job site, including coordinating workflow, hands-on work, and operating various machinery.
• Manage personnel effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate production goals with crew members and clients.
• Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance.
• Track and record all job expenses, including materials and hours worked.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year(s) of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably 3+ years.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record.
• Proficient heavy equipment operating skills, including front-end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid-steer machinery.
• Knowledge and experience in installing various hardscape applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
