Nuclear Medicine Technologist II

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic procedures by preparing patients and operating PET equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures
- Operate PET equipment to obtain diagnostic scans
- Assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 Year / Associate Degree preferred
- Graduate of ARRT-approved or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program
- Minimum of one year of experience in PET
- Certified and registered in Nuclear Medicine by ARRT or NMTCB - RT(N) or CNMT
- Certified and registered in PET by NMTCB – CNMT(PET)
- IV Credentialed
- Applicable State License
