Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our team at Panasonic Energy of North America. As a System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of complex systems and solutions. This includes defining system requirements, creating architectural designs, and ensuring the integrity and functionality of the system throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain high-level and low-level architectural designs for complex systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals and requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and end-users, to gather and analyze system requirements. Translate these requirements into architectural solutions.
* Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to ensure the selection of the most suitable technology stack for system development.
* Design systems that can scale to meet growing demands and ensure optimal performance under various load conditions.
* Implement security measures and best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure system security compliance.
* Create comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, system configurations, and best practices to guide development teams and support ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, etc.). Masters degree preferred.
* Minimum of 4+ years of professional or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience with IT network and hardware requirements
* Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure
* Experience in software engineering and design architecture
* Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
* Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software
* Strong analytic and decision-making abilities. Able to influence others to move towards a common goal
* A strong team player who can work closely with multiple functional groups in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivation and resourcefulness
* Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize work, and deliver quality results
* Excellent oral and written communication skills required, ability to describe technical theory to technical and non-technical audience
