Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze patients' vital signs and medical data
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 1-2 years of experience in critical care or telemetry nursing
  • ACLS and BLS certification
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
