Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Provide assistance to callers by addressing inquiries and redirecting calls as necessary.
- Welcome patients upon arrival and monitor their wait times.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying insurance and processing necessary documentation.
- Collect patient payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Handle walk-in patients and visitors with professionalism.
- Maintain and organize medical records, ensuring proper filing and scanning.
- Facilitate the release of medical records while maintaining confidentiality.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with patients, staff, and the community.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
- Ensure the patient waiting area is well-maintained and inviting.
- Assist in keeping common areas organized and tidy.
- Occasional local travel may be required for meetings or to support other clinic locations.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
