Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
  • Provide assistance to callers by addressing inquiries and redirecting calls as necessary.

  • Collect patient payments and issue receipts accurately.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
