Maintenance Director Job Description

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our community facilities. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the community is safe, attractive, and well-maintained, while operating within the community maintenance budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the community is safe and well-maintained through regular inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Manage and maintain community facilities and equipment, including performing preventative maintenance on all building equipment
  • Ensure compliance with fire and life safety regulations
  • Perform basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks, as well as resident room renovations
  • Must be familiar with fire and life safety prevention equipment and perform preventative maintenance on all building equipment
  • Required to have a valid driver's license and meet all health requirements
