The Money Movement and Storage Team

We're the heartbeat of Stripe's Global Payments and Treasury Network, responsible for building the platforms and systems that connect Stripe to the global financial ecosystem. Our work enables businesses to operate and grow worldwide, with a focus on cross-border payments, treasury solutions, and financial products.

Product Lead Role

We're seeking a seasoned product lead to define our long-term strategy and roadmap for growing Stripe's Global Payments and Treasury Network. As the product lead, you'll be responsible for building internal platforms and systems that facilitate cross-border payments, operating and regulating money flows, and enabling financial products for businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of businesses' fund flows and money management capabilities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for enabling businesses to expand worldwide.
  • Drive the technical strategy for building out internal systems that support global money management capabilities.
  • Own and grow one of the company's largest P&Ls.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a product role and/or finance role, leading and scaling products with significant strategic scope and complexity.
  • Background in finance, fintech, or global payments.
  • Experience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale products.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and building high-performing customer-focused Product Management teams in multiple continents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
