Responsibilities:

* Process vehicle titles for all sales, including new and used vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
* Verify and submit all necessary paperwork, including titles, registration documents, and lien releases, to the appropriate state agencies and financial institutions
* Complete all required paperwork and documentation for certain sales transactions including but not limited to dealer trades and intercompany sales
* Review and process all documents for trade-in vehicles and prepare titles for resale
* Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to gather required paperwork and information for title processing
* Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for all title documentation
* Keep updated on state and federal regulations and industry best practices for title processing
* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business beneficial
* Experience in vehicle title processing preferred
* Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registration a plus
* Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage and organize paperwork
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
