We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in San Juan Bautista, California.
About the PositionThis is a full-time/part-time opportunity in an elementary school setting where you will work with students who require speech therapy services. As an SLP with Soliant Health, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate students' communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
- Provide education and support to students, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellows status.
- California state licensure or eligibility for state licensure.
- Experience in an educational setting preferred.
- IEP experience preferred.
- Experience with AAC devices preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on national averages and location.
