Ryder is seeking a dedicated part time SOLO Class A CDL Driver in Saginaw, TX. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering freight to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Job Summary:

As a Part Time Solo Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a tractor trailer to transport freight to customers
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
  • Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
