HIGHLY SKILLED NEONATAL/PEDIATRIC THERAPIST
Unit(s):
· Total Beds - 854
· Total Staff – 120
· Staff Composition:
o Day Shift – 15-20 RRT's for Adult service lines and 3-4 RRT's for NICU/Peds service lines
o Night Shift – 12-16 RRT's for Adult service lines and 3-4 RRT's for NICU/Peds service lines
· Patient Ratios –
· Equipment Utilized – GE R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices.
· EMR - Cerner
Typical Hiring Profile
Essential Skills Required:
Must have: candidates lacking these qualifications will not be considered for the role.
· North Carolina Respiratory License
· RRT- Registered Respiratory Therapist
· BLS, ACLS, PALS
Preferred Skills: candidates with these qualifications will be prioritized.
· NRP

Thrive Staffing Job ID # Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
