Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License or active Compact Registered Nurse License with New Jersey endorsement.
- BLS through American Heart Association upon hire.
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of the start date.
- Med./Surg. Telemetry and/or ER nursing experience preferred.
- ER certifications and/or national nursing certifications preferred.
