Job Opportunity: Certified Nursing Assistant - Float Pool

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float pool team at Whitehall Boro Nursing & Rehab in Pittsburgh, PA.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant in our float pool, you will have the opportunity to work in various skilled nursing centers within our geographic area, providing high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and implementation
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
  • Ability to maintain certification through continuing education programs

  • Competitive hourly rate: $26.00 per hour
  • Full-time position with a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend
