Join Our Team as a Laborist Physician

We are seeking an experienced board-certified/board-eligible physician to join our well-established, busy, large physician and midwife women's health group located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

About the Role

As a Laborist Physician, you will provide 24-hour onsite labor and delivery coverage, collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), and provide ER coverage for GYN emergencies/surgeries. You will work seven hour onsite shifts per month and enjoy a dynamic work environment with a strong focus on patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced labor and delivery setting
  • Collaborate with CNMs to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide ER coverage for GYN emergencies/surgeries
  • Work seven hour onsite shifts per month
Requirements
  • MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible (must become BC within the first two years of employment)
  • 3-5 years of practice experience as an OB/GYN required
  • Washington State medical license required at time of employment
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Health Providers certification by the American Heart Association
